I’ve been a Virtual Assistant since 2016, and after all these years, I still genuinely enjoy the work I do. Being a VA has taught me more than just tools and tasks — it’s taught me how to adapt, communicate well, and truly care about the businesses I support. I’ve had the chance to work with amazing clients for the long haul — some for as long as 2 to 6 years. One of my most defining roles was working closely with a CEO who managed both a digital marketing agency and an e-commerce brand. I supported him across both ventures — juggling admin, customer service, project coordination, and team management. Outside of work, I recharge through movement and nature. I love joining fun runs and marathons — it's my way of resetting after a busy week. Living on the island of Siquijor, I get to enjoy slow days and beach sunsets with my family. When we’re in the mood for a change of pace, we head to Dumaguete City to enjoy a little city energy.

I support the CEO by managing high-priority tasks and coordinating projects with our design and web dev teams. I lead the customer service team for our e-commerce operations while also handling backend tasks in Shopify, creating email campaigns in Klaviyo, and supporting marketing and admin workflows. I also help keep the team organized by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining SOPs.
I handle a mix of e-commerce, marketing, and customer service tasks. I manage product listings, email and social media scheduling, and backend updates in Shopify, ShipStation, and Finale Inventory. I also support content creation, blog uploads, SOP documentation, and website QA. From drafting Klaviyo campaigns to researching wine prices and designing graphics in Canva, I help ensure the brand’s operations and marketing run smoothly.
I provided customer support for Alpha Nation and PureLife Organics through Zendesk, handling emails, chats, and phone calls. My responsibilities included resolving concerns related to refunds, returns, subscription management, order tracking, and account access. I also assisted customers with placing orders and updating login credentials.
