Responsibilities:
Preparing equipment for Ozone therapy
Prepare and discuss Ozone therapy consent (IV Ozone, Vaginal Insufflation, Nasal
Insufflation, rectal Insufflation, bagging Ozone
Prepared all documentation for ozone and IV Therapy during inspections
Prepare all equipment need for Porta Cath & and Assist Doctor during procedure
Prepare all SOP and all procedure and laboratory tests as per required of DHA
Monitor all the medical records in all department
Monitor and supervise daily consumption of medical stocks according to the prepared
reports.
Arrange monthly schedule for all medical staff (Nurses) & Doctors.
Monitor all the consent forms before and after procedure if sign by patient & Doctors.
Reviewed and documentation all the instrument that use in the facility.
Regular monitoring of Crash cart in terms of drugs availability, expiry date and
consumption.
Prepare and update Policy and Procedure in every department.
Prepare medical training, laboratory training for all the nurses and Doctors conduct
Comprehensive test if needed
Highly trained to DO Covid Swab testing Oropharyngeal and Nasopharyngeal swab test.
Assist Attending physician in every department if needed.
Prepare Disposal application Form and HOLD DHA meeting during approval of Controlled
Drugs
Prepare Controlled Drug LOG Book for DHA Inspection
Prepare and do home service procedure as per Physician recommendation
Naturopathic & Functional Medicine Department (Head Nurse)
Documenting patient medical history
Integrating and explaining herbal therapy to the patient
Provide medical treatment to the patient such as doing VCS tests, Oligo scan, Bio
Resonance tests
Ordering and explain functional laboratory procedure tests to the patient such GI Effect,
heavy metals, Mycotoxin urine profile, OAT etc.
Referring patients to other medical Specialist
Prepare Medical Insurance and Reimbursement base on the patient complaint
Assisting Naturaphy & Functional Physician in NAET
