I Jessica De Guzman, single, 31 years of age from the province of Pangasinan Philippines. I am currently in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, employed in one of the prestigious companies engaged in customer service at a restaurant. In my current role I have hone my strong multitasking abilities by efficiently addressing customers needs and ensuring overall service satisfaction. I have improved my ability to stay organized and managed multiple responsibilities, demonstrates strong attention to detail, specifically in ensuring that each dish is presented in line with restaurant’s standards. I take pride in my ability to stay calm and focused, and perform well under pressure during high-pressure situations that contributes to a smooth dining experience for guest.
