As someone who is highly focused, disciplined, and driven to succeed. While I may not always be the most outgoing or extroverted person in a room, I am always working hard to achieve my goals and advance my career.
I am someone who values independence and self-motivation, and I am not afraid to take risks or push myself outside of my comfort zone in pursuit of my goals. I may prefer to work independently or in small groups, but I am still a team player and always willing to collaborate and contribute to the success of a larger group or organization.
As an introvert, I am also a careful listener and observer, and I often bring a unique perspective to problem-solving and decision-making. I am able to think deeply and critically about complex issues, and I am always looking for new ways to improve and innovate.
Overall, I believe that my introverted nature has helped me to develop a strong work ethic, an analytical mind, and a deep sense of purpose and determination in my career.

As a professional licensed real estate agent, I assist buyers and sellers with buying, selling or leasing their real estate properties. I work independently however I only focused on 1 real estate developer which is DMCI Homes. I always made sure that I am knowledgeable about the real estate market and can provide valuable information to clients regarding property values, market trends, and regulations. I help sellers market their properties effectively and negotiate the best possible price for the clients. For buyers, I help find suitable properties, arrange property viewings, and negotiate the best possible price and terms of sale. I again was able to enhance my communication and negotiation skills. I always committed to providing high-quality service to my clients.
As a VA to my former client who was an Amazon seller, I was a given a task to manage her store email to answer customer inquiries or complaints. I also call manufacturers or wholesalers to inquire and negotiate with their minimum orders and wholesale price. The goal is always to get the best deal for my client. I was also able to obtain the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. I was able to practice more of my organizational and communication skills and I have proven that I can work independently or as part of a team.
As a call center agent I handle incoming calls on behalf of a US telco company. My primary responsibility is to assist customers with their technical complaints or inquiries. I was able to obtain a strong communication skills including active listening and effective speaking during my time with them. I was able to learn how to properly emphatize with customers and to remain calm and patient even in challenging situations. I also found out that I have an excellent problem solving skills and able to quickly resolve customer issues. I know that being a call center agent plays a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
