• pharmacy benefit, mail order, and pharmacy assistance calls.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues on the website
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Focus on our member needs and expectations to ensure the best possible info and/or resolution is provided.
• Provided accurate and appropriate information response to customer inquiries through phone call and/or chat in a friendly and courteous way.
• Trained as chat support after 6 months probationary period.
• Discussing benefit coverage, reprocessing claims issue, policy information, and assisting with locating doctors and hospitals in the blue cross and blue shield network.
• Able to set up desktop, headphones, microphones and MS
• Teams or any other chat client service to converse customers.
Responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout .
