As a Maintenance Reminder Staff, I take calls from our valued clients and facilitate schedules for any service requests rendered pertaining to maintenance of their respective vehicles. I take Service quotations request and endorsing it to our Service Advisors. Makes follow up calls to the customers whenever needs arise. Record concerns, raise and report to the Service Manager or Reception Head to take immediate action and countermeasures. I also do marketing promotions when calling customers, advise them of our internal and Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) promos and other Toyota products and services. Through these, I am contributing in the attainment of Service sales target. I take part in retaining lots of customers.
