I am an enthusiastic and energetic person. I can be a perfect friend who can give good advice for a better life. I pursued things that I may think would be a hindrance for me to making it successful. I do believe in the saying that "A mistake is just only a lesson to strive more to come up in a good situation and make your life better".

I worked as a customer service representative full time in 4 different BPO companies for almost 5 years, handling different types of international accounts. I want to change my career from full-time working in the corporate to virtual assistance, to still have bonded with my family and friends while I do my job to have a good contribution to my clients.
As a customer service representative and member advocate, I believe that my personal skills are critical to providing excellent support and advocacy to our customers. Some of the personal skills that I possess include:

Strong communication skills: Effective communication is key to building trust and ensuring that customers feel heard and understood. I have developed strong verbal and written communication skills, which allow me to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Empathy and compassion: Customers often come to me with complex healthcare concerns, and it is important to approach these conversations with empathy and compassion. I take the time to actively listen to our customers' needs and concerns, and work with them to develop solutions that meet their individual needs.

Problem-solving skills: As a member advocate, it is my responsibility to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively. This requires critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to find solutions.

Attention to detail: Attention to detail is essential in healthcare, and I make sure to thoroughly document customer information, accurately update records, and follow protocols and procedures to ensure customer safety and well-being.

Customer service skills: As a customer service representative, I have developed strong customer service skills, including patience, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Overall, my personal skills are critical to my ability to provide exceptional support and advocacy to our customers. I am committed to continuing to develop these skills to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of care and support possible.
