My Bio

Jesse Madera has been a Technical Support Representative at Quantrics Enterprise Inc. for four months, troubleshooting and performing diagnostic tests about customers' internet, phone, and TV connectivity issues. However, I filed an immediate resignation from that company due to my father's worsening condition. Unfortunately, at that time, I am the only one in our family capable of caring for him. While caring for my father, I searched for another line of jobs where I could work at home and found a job that would fit this kind of set-up. I searched online about freelancing, especially virtual assistants, and that's why I tried to learn skills that will equip me in this field. I studied many short online courses, such as Social Media Management, Facebook Ads autopilot, and graphic design with Canva, which will significantly help me become a virtual assistant. However, learning three courses doesn't end there. That's why I enrolled in Pro VA to increase my knowledge, and I believe that they will also help me find my niche to land a job as a virtual assistant. After that training, I learned new things such as Bookkeeping and Data entry. I learned how to use Quickbooks, which dramatically added to my skills. I believe that this set of skills will help me qualify for the job.
