I have also vastly improved the productivity of my team by instigating strategic project management methods while maintaining a work-life balance. - Supervise a team of risk engineers within Luzon, Philippines to ensure timely scheduling of site visit and turnaround time of survey report and loss control program
- Collaborate with management and sources to provide continual risk, motor car claims, property claims, surety, engineering and OCAS assessment of the accounts requested and provide rightful and accurate information.
- Inspect and collect risk information related to Property, Engineering, Liability, and Surety lines of business for Underwriting team’s assessment
- Provides formal and informal coaching on-the-job to grow team members to their full potential
- Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the team to enhance the quality of service and effective use of resources
