I am Jessa Mae Borja Rubino, I'm 24 years old and currently living here in Philippines. I am a dedicated professional with a background in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and retail customer service. My diverse experiences have equipped me with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
In my teaching career, I developed the ability to manage schedules, prepare lesson plans, and effectively communicate with a diverse range of students and their parents. My role required patience, adaptability, and the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly, all of which are crucial skills for supporting remote teams and managing administrative tasks.
My experience as a cashier in the retail industry further enhanced my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle transactions and customer inquiries efficiently.
