°Monitor all aspects of the service, including the handling of protected health information (PHI), communication and interaction with clients, and following HIPAA regulations.
°Provides feedback to the company`s management on potential issues and improvements as discovered during quality audits.
°Ensures that all staff understand their responsibility to deliver quality services that meet the expectations of clients and regulatory requirements, protect client’s privacy and improve patient care
°Responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues related to coverage, claims, billing, or any other aspect of the insurance plan
°Scheduling appointments and transportation services.

°Providing assistance to Assurance Wireless customers through inbound and outbound calls, resolving general customer support.
°Processing applicants, verifying customer eligibility based on income or participation in government assistance programs, all required documentation is accurate and complete.
°Assisting customers with the enrollment and activation process.
°Managing customer accounts, updating customer information,handling billing inquiries and processing account changes, such as address updates or plan upgrades.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
