-Process Government remittances and loans
-Process timely submission of Yearly Tax Withheld (2316) and Computation of Personal Income tax for International and Global Staff (Expats, PMD, BID, IED etc.),
-Preparation of 2316 for signature of employer and employee
-Process timely submission of Yearly Tax Withheld (2316)
-Prepare required documents for BIR
-Computation of 13th month pay VL/ SL Conversion of employees base on the unused leave, final pay and retirement actuarial
-Preparing and updating Alphalist, Overtime and Tardiness report and other related reports

-Prepare and calculate employees’ compensation every 15th and 30th of the month by using payroll system
-Validate timekeeping data
-Calculating 13th month pay and input the employee details to the BIR portal for 2316
-Prepares payroll journal vouchers to be forwarded to the accounting department
-Monitors statutory and other deductions of employees
-Calculates incentives and allowances.
-Ensures that wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
-Encoding and updating of data in the payroll system.
-Assists employees in inquiries about compensation, benefits, taxes, statutory and insurance deductions.
-Prepares monthly payroll report.
-Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
-Facilitates the implementation and support of Payroll Software to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
-Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the client's needs
-Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
-Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
