I am a teacher by profession, subject matter expert and a customer consultant. I dedicated the early years of my career molding and educating the young generation. I then took a reroute and took a corporate job as a customer support. I have been in Phone, Email and Chat channels assisting customers and making sure they get an excellent customer experience. Being able to share my knowledge and skills as a Subject Matter Expert to newbies and tenured teammates has been one of the best opportunities I've had and it has honed my leadership skills.
