With over 9 years of experience running my own online luxury shopping business, I have honed a range of skills that are highly transferable to an Executive Assistant role. My business journey began with marketing and selling ready-to-wear (RTW) luxury items, and later, I expanded into reselling hard-to-find, in-demand luxury products and local brands based on the latest trends. Managing my online platform independently gave me the opportunity to develop strong skills in product and market research, marketing techniques, unique selling propositions, and negotiation with wholesalers and distributors. Additionally, I was responsible for managing my own social media accounts (Facebook, Shopee, and Instagram), interacting with clients, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth after-sales experience.

In addition to my entrepreneurial background, I bring 15 years of experience as a Flight Attendant with Qatar Airways, where I refined my ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide excellent service in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. I became highly proficient in organization, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Now, as an Account Manager, I manage client relationships, coordinate with internal and external teams, and oversee project timelines. This role has further strengthened my negotiation, communication, client management, and organizational skills.
