I have over 9 years experience of handling my own online luxury shopping business.

Started marketing and selling RTW’s and eventually ventured to reselling luxury items and hard to find in-demand local brands (depending on the latest trends).

Handling my own online platform all by myself taught me to do intensive product research, market research, marketing techniques, unique selling proposition, and improved my negotiation skills when closing deals with my wholesalers / distributors.

I also managed my own social media platforms all at the same time. I used facebook, shopee, and instagram accounts. I interacted to all my clients inquiries, provided excellent customer service and ensure to give them after sales service.

Also, I have over 14 years experience of customer service in the aviation industry. A former first / business class Flight Attendant in Qatar Airways.
