I'm a hardworking and a passionate individual. My experience in real estate sales for more than 15 years helped me to become focus and result-oriented. It also developed my ability not to give up on any tasks which my superior had given me until I finished it and reached my goals. It also made me a good team player by contributing my skills and knowledge with my teammates to achieve our targets. I also learn to develop my leadership skills and to lead by example to my subordinates. Mastering the art of listening is one of the best skills which I've learned during my entire real estate sales career. By actively listening to your clients, it will give you lots of ideas on how to help them with their needs. Being in the customer-oriented industry helps me improve my customer service skills which is very important in maintaining good and long-lasting relationships with my clients. By providing the best customer service and for making yourself available to them anytime they need assistance, it gave me a lot of repeat business and referrals. I also learn to become organized with my time and resources, maximizing every opportunity to become more productive everyday. In learning, I consider myself as a sponge which is ready to absorb all the valuable information that will help improve my knowledge and skills as an individual. Once I've mastered the learnings, like the sponge when it's full, I'm also willing to release it so I can share it with other people. I believe that giving back to your community is one way of showing how grateful you are for all the good things you've experienced on your journey to become successful.
