More Info About Me
Graduate of B.S. Marine Transportation but worked on BPO Industry since 2014 until present. Started in the field of third party collections for 4 years. I gained negotiation skills and finding flexible resolution depends on account holder's financial situation. I then moved to a new company as a customer service representative where I worked on blended accounts (voice, chat, email support), and learned multi-tasking since we're taking live chat support two at a time. I was then promotod to tier 2 where we worked with Ops, creating report, and conducting meeting with the tier 1 and tier 2. I then moved after almost 5 years to my current job. We are business to business and gained knowledged about payroll field. I gained knowledge in supporting SaaS and working with professionals in resolving timekeeping issues.
