I came from the BPO industry for 3 years handling different campaigns and i gained technical skills like, customer service skills, sales, appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, retention, and technical support. I am adaptive, flexible and resourceful. I ventured to being a Virtual Assistant last quarter of 2022. I enrolled Social Media Management training because as an Information Technology graduate i love creating designs the reason why learned how to use photoshop and canva and i am also the kind of person who checks social media from time to time so i definitely know what's the trend. And with the help of extensive training i am now a Social Media Manager, Marketer, Influencer, Marketing Specialist, and Content Creator.
