• Ensure adequate manpower is available for day-to-day operations.
• Provide support and assistance to team members through training, coaching, and fostering positive team dynamics.
• Maintain a clear understanding of team objectives and priorities, ensuring alignment of individual roles with overall achievements.
• Promptly address customer problems and follow up with appropriate resolutions.
• Perform all back-office duties related to payments efficiently.
• Analyze data provided by the Manager and customers to identify trends, resolve issues, and support decision-making.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Manager as required.
• Provide technical support for the end-user; administer the local area network and Windows7, windows10 and windows XP Client.
• Ensure all the pc are working properly
• In charge with the Inventory and making sure all IT asset and intact and make report to the manager.
• Troubleshoot and repair pc and laptop
• Provide management with I.T Solutions with regard to any I.T requirements of the in the Company
• Knowledgeable Configure, install CISCO SG series.
• Knowledgeable in l2 Switches and vlans
• In charge with procurement process of the New IT equipment and vendors.
• Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out)
• Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures.
• Handle all back office duties related to payments.
• Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time
