More Info About Me
I'm Jerrica Mergano, Im 28yrs old mom of 1 child. I currently live in Quezon Province, My Hobbies and interests are doing custom design and personal creative projects like painting and crafts. I work remotely as a Technical Support Representative in a Call Center located in Makati. I have been working as a Customer Service representative for almost 6 years. So far I don’t have any experience in Virtual Assistance but I’m looking forward to working as a VA soon. Aside from working as a Customer Service Rep. I'm also into graphic design using canva helping local clients market their small online businesses. My customer service experience has helped me build skills in communication, persuasion, and problem-solving which I believe will translate well into this field.
