I conduct Facebook outreach by connecting with wholesalers and cash buyers interested in joint ventures through various group pages. Additionally, I use Outlook to message prospective clients, send deals via Sideline to contacts listed in our sheet, and reach out through iPlum to engage wholesalers who are open to JV opportunities with us.
