About Me: My name is Jerocel Anne Ducayag but you can call me Jad. 32 years old, I’m the youngest in the family together with my brother and sister. I’m an aunt of my two nieces and a fur mom of a black Shih Tsu Terrier and her name is Penny, which the name comes from my favorite TV show character - Penny from Big Bang Theory.
I have been working in the corporate world specifically in one the largest banks in the world which is JPMorgan Chase and Co. I've been with Chase for more than 6years under the First Mortgage Line of Business. I’m working hand in hand with both Manila and US partners Initial and Closing Underwriters. I’ve been involved in different tasks in mortgage to make sure that I upskill and enhance my knowledge from time to time. I’ve been part of BPO before working in JPMorgan Chase and Co, mostly as customer service representative. I’ve handled telco accounts, Bank and Travel and Leisure which hones my confidence in talking to different types of people, dealing with their inquiries, complaints and even frustrations. Working in the corporate world teaches me how to be flexible at all times. You attend to all the needs of your counterparts. Make sure you will be able to cater their needs and produce the result that is needed. I’m a very organized person, keen on details to make sure I work efficiently. Admin Task is my specialty, collecting data, sorting details and organizing from top to bottom.
I believe in working smarter than working harder as they say. I’m very particular when it comes to deadlines. My main goal is to make sure that I deliver my projects accurately and efficiently.

Working hand on hand with Mortgage Initial and Closing Underwriters. Scope of job is to make sure that all Mortgage Loans will be categorize and itemized based on the skillsets of Underwriters. Which includes the preparation of the allocation and assignment of their loans to their respective pipelines.
Highest point of escalation in Travel and Leisure that handles escalations and complaints regarding their hotel reservations that needs to be relocated under Expedia account.
Handle customer inquiries and services under deposit line of business including Checking, Saving, CDs and IRA accounts for Bank of America
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, troubleshooting of phones, billing questions and payment extension/service requests. Manage a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment. Make service changes; recommend service options and activations of wireless phones for Virgin Mobile Prepaid account.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
