I created content through making videos about how the products were made, photos of our customers and their experience during their stay and photos of our products and then posted them both on the IG and FB page of the shop. I was also attentive in replying to online inquiries and resharing customer's my day or IG stories and making small "Thank you caption" on every story, showing how grateful we are for their visit/purchase.
