Professional staff with 6 years working experience in BPO industry particularly in financial account as a customer service representative. These includes my 2 years of experience in administrative tasks, 3 years inbound and outbound call as well as the email and chat support. In addition, I was able to gain an experience for 1 year with one of the biggest E-commerce in the Philippines as a level 3 customer service that manage the escalations relating to product and services.
