· Record and update financial transactions in the company's accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
· Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to expense policies.
· Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters promptly and professionally.
· Researching, analyzing and responding to inquiries received from internal and external customers.
This involves determining the best course of action to address the issue and accurately processing
any necessary transaction(s).
· Accurately processed changes on client policies which include: banking and credit card changes and
updates, address changes, cancellations, reinstatements, beneficiary and power of attorney
designations and changes, plan changes, change of ownership, and collateral assignments.
· Responsible for handling cheque from the clients as a premium payment to make the insurance
policy in force;
· Meet quality and service standards to ensure that individual and team objectives are consistently
met.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
