As a Business Setup Advisor in the UAE, I specialize in guiding entrepreneurs and companies through the complex process of establishing their businesses within the region. My role involves providing expert advice on regulatory requirements, company registration, and licensing procedures specific to various UAE free zones and mainland jurisdictions. I assist clients in selecting the optimal business structure, navigating legal and compliance issues, and securing necessary permits and approvals. By leveraging in-depth knowledge of local market conditions and government regulations, I ensure a smooth setup process, helping clients achieve operational readiness efficiently and effectively.
Provide proper detailed information to the client for required documents and fees involved. Processing new employment visa and labour contract, amendments, renewal, or cancellation. Processing of business license updation in labour.
Coordinate with the corporate advisor and PROs to ensure each task is completed properly with a high degree of client satisfaction. Processing company formation in mainland and some free-zone for licensing and visa applications, Establishment Card & E-channel Registrations. Processing all kind of amendments in Business License.
Verify clients request by sending emails, making calls and sending WhatsApp messages for their current request or for possible future requirements such as company stamp, establishment card and company labour card and P.O Box registration. Ensure to provide all required documents, details and cost involved. Mainly focusing on new establishment cards, amendment and renewals and company labour card processes.
Attending client inquiries over the counter and handling client complaints. Responsible for issuance of Tax Identification ID. Monitoring of business applications progress, updating business registration records and filing of documents, and stamping of business receipts and invoices for legal registration.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
