I am a skillful, honest, and hardworking individual. I graduated with an education degree last 2018, I work as a tutor for a year. I love to interact with children and it helps me to improve my communication and leadership skills.
After I finish teaching, I was hired to one of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines. I worked as a sales representative, Data entry specialist and appointment setter for 3 years.
My work experience teaches me how to be more flexible at work and doing extra mile is important. I ended up becoming a top performer in my group before leaving.
After that, I was hired by an Australian lending company that is based in the Philippines.
It's great because I acquired more skills and became more independent.
I have experience in loan and collection businesses, so I will be able to learn which ever
line of business I am allocated to.
Moving forward, I am ready to take my career to a whole new level. I believe that all progress takes place outside the comfort zone.

I'm currently working as a loan verification officer.
My usual responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Determine credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documents within particular limitations.
-Make an informed decision on whether the customer will be approved or rejected.
It appears simple, yet it needs critical thinking abilities and smart judgment. Before landing that job, I had experience in other departments. This is something that I am capable of doing as well.
Customer Service Representative in lending

-Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status.

I've been working as a customer support agent for about three years. I learned a variety of things during that year, for which I am very grateful. These are the experiences that molded me into the person I am today.
