I am a single mother of three kids. I have been in the BPO industry for almost 13 years already.
I worked with known BPO companies here in the Philippines and I also managed to be a top agent. Since I have a work experience in the BPO, I managed to give the best of my customer service to all the customers and clients that I talked to. Providing them a best service is also one of my great attributes when working.
I am resilient and open-minded to a lot of opportunities, and I also take a lot of challenges. I believe that for you to be able to grow, you must face challenges in life and conquer them. I know that I am still learning up till this day regardless of my experience, but I also have a positive mindset that it's okay to fail sometimes.
13 years in the BPO industry is already long and because of this, I am also positive that I can make a great virtual assistant to you and provide the best service that I can just like what I did with my clients through the phone. I will gain a lot of experience and mold my skill set even better. I will make mistakes along the way, but I am also willing to learn from it.
