-Develop rapport and harmonious relationship with Supervisor and Store Manager under my coverage area.
-Ensure all reports of merchandiser is accurate.
-Doing weekly report (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and responsibilities in outlet.
-Supervise all merchandiser and address all merchandiser concern.
-Ensure all promotion are implemented and new products are visible in every supermarket.
-Develop marketing strategies.
-Report all competitors activity.
-Collecting DTR, summarize and submit to Accounting Department.
-Conduct regular visit on assigned in every supermarket.
-Manage and resolve issues in every store.
-Interview and hire all possible merchandiser.
-Directly in-charge in the execution of plans and programs of assigned project, and making sure the objectives are achieved through proper alignment with the handle merchandiser.
-Develop marketing strategies to increase sales revenue.
-Generate and maintain account reports and documentation.
-Identify areas for improvements and provide recommendations.
-Shares context, delegates and provides feedback to set up the team for success.
-Provided on-going market opportunity recommendation and encouraged new and value-added services to support the growth and success of marketing and sales campaigns.
-Interacting with potential buyers, offering information and responding to customer request, handling transactions, solving complaints.
