Hello! It's me Jennifer Grace M. Miculob, and you may call me Jenn or Grace. I am 26, single, and live in Sta. Cruz, Davao Del Sur, Philippines. As a Registered Criminologist, I am professionally driven to merge my expertise and customer strategic approach.
In my four (4) years of Bachelor of Science in Criminology, including one (1) year of internship and several trainings, made me well-versed in criminological terminologies, regulations and procedures. Moreover, I have had experience in customer service, particularly in Technical Support and Healthcare Associate under international and voice accounts for a total of two (2) years that helps develop an outstanding relationship with customers. Furthermore, I have excellent organization and time management, data entry capabilities and can perform different administrative tasks. To further strengthen my competence and potential as Virtual Assistant, I enrolled in Introduction to Virtual Assistant and General Virtual Assistant Training facilitated by top ranking facilitators and coaches in the Philippines, to become effective and efficient remote worker. To sum up, I am dedicated and passionate in providing clients' kind of professional support with high accuracy and quality of work.
