• Assisting and advising customers via chat and phone and on their existing orders using Crm platform and Air call soft phone
• Checking the status of order
• Processing cancellation and Refund if needed
• Doing outbound calls once the customers reach out outside working hours
• providing support and guidance to consumers via chat as well as for their live, finished, and canceled orders
• Checking the status of in progress orders
• Placing orders via chat or phone
• Sending emails for pending or unresolve concerns
• Doing outbound call for live orders/unresponsive customer
• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options. • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowance
• Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates. • Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest
