• Teach technology and Livelihood Education subject to students.
• Prepare lesson Plans, Instructional Materials, and Assessment tools.
• Ensure that the learning environment is conducive, interactive, and child friendly.
• Build Good relationships with parents/guardians and other stakeholders to ensure quality education within and outside the School Community.
• The Academic Assistant is under the office of the Registrar and provides administrative and secretarial support to faculty and other offices of the School, including student requests, appointments and record control. She may perform duties of sensitive and confidential nature.
• Responsible for maintaining academic records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, updating and archiving.
• Facilitates receipt of document requests from students as well as timely release of the documents.
• Assemble and categorizes academic facts and figures for the final written computation.
• Coordinates activities related to diploma and certificate programs with faculty students.
• Process student admissions application, registration documents, requirements and maintain student records.
• Keep track of confidential files like grades, course outline, examinations and lectures.
• Prepares the PowerPoint lectures and checks if all the ingredients are complete.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
