• To assist team Leader in maintaining own accounts to the lowest level possible at minimum credit risk.
• Ensure timely follow-up calls and email to customer for collection of assigned accounts.
• Collate and prepare required documents for submission to customers.
• Ensure timely monitoring and accurate status updating of Collection Database
• Prepare and submit collection letters for own accounts.
• Maintain own customer files and invoices docket.
• Report the status of collection follow-ups and all other credit and collection matters requiring immediate action.
• Conduct customer visits and reconciliation.
• Provide up to date credit reports to sales departments regularly.
• Coordinate and ensure resolution when customer claims arise.
• Consistently implement Credit Policy and procedures and at the same time maintaining the team spirit throughout the Company.
• Report the collection forecast.
• Tracking Sales orders to ensure that they are schedules and sent out on time.
• Update PO Monitoring and Balances.
• Making follow-up calls or sending emails to confirm orders or delivery dates.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paper works and filling documents.
• Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
• Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
• Support Sales Supervisor & Executive in preparing delivery documents.
• Responsible in safe keeping of all data and other necessary documents.
• Prepares and submit monthly report with analysis.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
