Job Description:
• Offer Management/Administrative Support:
- Ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that offers are accurately recorded and communicated to all parties involved.
- Maintain and update property management databases and records. Prepare and manage lease agreements, contracts, and other property-related documents.
• Financial Management:
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting. Monitor and track property expenses and income.
Prepare and send invoices and payment reminders to tenants.
• Documentation:
- Managing and organizing all necessary documents. Ensuring all paperwork is correctly completed and submitted on time.
• Milestone Tracking:
- Monitoring the sales progression timeline, including key milestones such as offer acceptance, mortgage approval, inspection completion, and closing. Proactively identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Issue Resolution:
- Identify and address any issues or delays in the sales process. Provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
• Customer Support::
- Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have during the sales process.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the sales process. Implement best practices and efficiencies to enhance productivity.
