Hey, I’m Jenina - a graduate of Hospitality Management.
I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years and have moved around all the departments from food and beverage to being a receptionist and a concierge. Right after college, I completed a one year internship program in the US which enhanced my customer service skills and overall experience in handling different types of guests and working with a diverse population.
In my previous role as a Concierge in one of the luxurious hotels in Doha, I have a proven track record of providing a highly personalized service to all of our guests. I’m basically like the personal assistant of the hotel ready to make each guests’ experience seamless from pre arrival to departure. I take pride in my capacity to handle travel arrangements and last-minute requests. I am highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
After years of working abroad, I’ve decided to finally move back for good in the Philippines and focus on working full time as a reliable virtual assistant. Just like exceeding hotel guests’ expectations, I’d also like to do the same for my future client.

Serve as primary contact between guests and the hotel.
Coordinating guest itineraries and special requests prior to the guest’s arrival
Arrange transportation to and from the airport, different destinations and events upon request.
Build relationships with local contacts and suppliers, constantly building a base of knowledge to support guests.
Accurately making different types of reservations. (Dining, spa, transportation, tours, etc.)
Maintain complete knowledge about local attractions, current events, and trends.
Teaches Business English to Japanese professionals.
Tailoring lessons to accommodate differences in learning style and speed.
Creates a supportive and positive classroom environment.
Remains knowledgeable and respectful of cultural differences.
Gives accurate feedback on a student's performance.
Assisting students with their technical difficulties when needed.
Performs all check-in and check out tasks
Handles customer inquiries over the phone
Assigns rooms according to guests’ requirements
Responds to guests’ complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
Verifies guests’ payment methods during check-in
Serves as a host/hostess at conferences
Provides information about the hotel
