• Coordinates with Billing and Accounting Section for clearance purposes in ensuring full settlement of outstanding loan, accounts payable and accounts receivable prior to release of collateral.
• Ensures the completeness of required documents and process the release of security, collateral and loan documents of partially or fully paid loans to the borrowers.
• Scans and maintains photocopies of collateral documents subject for release.
• Coordinates with Account Officers, Business Centers and/or branches with respect to disposition of cancellation documents of collateral.
• Assists document examiner, internal and external auditors in the retrieval/borrowing of collateral documents for review purposes.
