Hello, my name is Jenilyn Catampongan, and I'm the eldest at 27 years old. I pursued a BS in Psychology and graduated in 2016. We have lived in Trece Martires City, Cavite, for the past 20 years. My father works as a driver, while my mother is a housewife. My first employment was with HR personnel who specialized in training and development, where I honed my talents in providing the necessary training to employees. It also improves my ability to assess the qualifications of candidates. Following that, I worked for an accounting firm that specializes in bookkeeping clients, and I became involved in any local municipal process to process any business permits. I also manage our employees' goverment mandates as well as their 201 files. In addition, I worked as an HR Coordinator/Staff, which was the most challenging position for me. I am exposed to employee relations, dealing with disciplinary actions against employees, and collaborating with upper management. And my current job as a supervisor makes things challenging because of contract monitoring and employee appraisals. I want to explore the world, thus I'm seeking for endless possibilities to help me progress.

• Interviewing, recruiting, and orienting new employees.
• Identifying employee needs in terms of performance, training, and career progression.
• Monitoring ang processing of Employee's contract.
• Counseling employees on human resources policies, practices, and procedures.
• Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
• Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
• Monitoring and updating of employee’s status/information in Database and HRIS
• Maintain 201 file employees' digital and physical copies. Monitoring of employee's Daily time record and attendance.
• Preparation and Monitoring of employee's Notice of Explain and Disciplinary Action
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. Assist with hiring by sourcing individuals, doing reference checks, and issuing employment agreements.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms for clerical and rank & file position.
• Conducting in-person, telephone, and video interviews.
• Maintain 201 file employees' digital and physical copies. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Preparing and Monitoring of employee's daily time record.
• Ensure that all employee government contributions, including those to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig, are paid.
• Processing of any Business Permits
• Handling clients for bookkeeping services
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
