Hi! I am Jen Flor Abunda Mantalaba you can call me "Jen". I am a dedicated, hardworking individual with a passion for learning and problem-solving as well as I am organized, detail-oriented, and highly efficient.

My exposure to the corporate world for almost 2 years and virtual assistance journey equipped me with knowledge and experience of my career, and it will allow me to make a significant contribution by showcasing my skills and helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

I have a degree in Secondary Education major in Biological Science.
I have work as a customer service and sales representative at IQOR company originally located at St. Petersburg, Florida, United States but there is a company branch here in the Philippines.

I also worked as an Enumerator at the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) a very well-known Identity registration here in the Philippines.

I changed my career path and ventured into the world of the virtual assistance industry. I got my first company working as an Online tutor teacher for Japanese students which helps those students to improve their reading, writing, and conversing skills virtually. Since I am very interested in virtual assistant, I took a lesson and training from ProVA PH by Coach Dham. I learned a lot from Coach Dham about the virtual assistant industry, and that's why I entered this industry to expand my skills and challenge myself. By studying all the positions that are related to the virtual assistant, I know all the tasks that the client provides, which I will do with quality services to avoid disappointment.
