I am Jeneveb L. Santos, but you can call me Jing. I have four years of secretarial/administrative experience, where I learned data gathering and data entry, customer service, paying attention to details, and basic computer skills.  As a Division Secretary, my communication skills were recognized when I was chosen as one of the top performing secretaries in handling calls politely and clearly.  As a business owner, I was able to overcome obstacles such as developing my own marketing strategy, finding ways to increase sales despite the competition, dealing with customer complaints and even troubleshooting problems on their cellphones.
I am a dependable and hard-working person. I can work alone or with a team. I strive for the best in everything I do, and I see to it that tasks and responsibilities assigned to me are properly executed and deliver results that will satisfy my client and make the business more efficient. I hope to be an asset to a company that will value my worth.
