Create Engaging Content: Craft compelling website content, blog posts, and social media updates that resonate with your target audience.
Design Stunning Visuals: Develop eye-catching graphics, images, and videos to enhance your brand's visual identity across all platforms.
Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee your social media presence, schedulling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand mentions.
Handle Customer Interactions: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, building strong relationships with your online community.
Track and Analyze Results: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide valuable insights to optimize your digital marketing strategy.
· Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the executive. This includes managing conflict of schedule of the Director.
· Handles incoming calls, emails instructed by the Director.
· Prepare meeting documents, and presentations. Attend meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure that tasks are completed.
· Organize and maintain files, records, and documents. Keep track of important deadlines and ensure that the Director is well-informed on relevant issues and information.
· Determining the level of priority and urgency. Manage access to the Director and act as a buffer when necessary.
· Assist in coordinating and managing events, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
· Track and manage the Director’s expenses, including reimbursement processes and budget tracking.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality on matters that require it.
· Address internal issues and challenges on behalf of the Director, finding solutions and making decisions when necessary.
· Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
· Assists in application of Working permit and working VISA of different nationalities in the workplace.
· Assists in logistic shipments, such as confidential documents, passports, application forms, progress reports etc.
· Negotiates government transactions, such as Immigration, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and Department of Labor and Employment transactions.
· Assists in paying financial accommodation in the office.
· Newspaper publications.
Teaching basic English to foreign students, specifically Chinese nationals.
