I'm a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since May 2013, and I hold a Master's Degree in Public Administration major in Financial Management, which I completed in September 2016.
As part of my experience as an auditor and with my experiences from my previous employment, I have comprehensive knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting and auditing.
I am experienced with the Electronic New Government Accounting System (eNGAS), an accounting system used by National Government Agencies in the Philippines. eNGAS simplifies government accounting processes, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. I'm familiar with its features, including: a) recording of transactions/ journal entries b) generating financial reports, such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Net Assets, and Statement of Cash Flows and c) other reports. Although it is tailored to government accounting needs, it shares similarities with private accounting software like Quickbooks and other private accounting software.
Additionally, I am familiar with QuickBooks Online and Appfolio and I can help organize your business accounts and generate financial reports to support sound decision-making.
Moreover, with my experience in verifying transactions and ensuring compliance, I've developed a keen eye for detail. I'm resourceful, passionate, and committed to delivering results. Additionally, I've honed my ability to work effectively with diverse teams and interact with various stakeholders
Finally, on a personal note, I'm happily married with two lovely kids - a 7-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. I live in La Trinidad, Benguet.
