Assess the eligibility and risk for insurance applications by reviewing personal and financial details.
Review insurance applications and insurability evidence, considering factors such as occupation, physique, family history, financial status, residential/geographical risk, and medical information.
Collaborate with various teams for product development
Work with our regional teams to address and resolve system errors when they occur.
Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts working with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with system and customer needs
Responsible for conducting Compliance Screening Level 2 assessments by evaluating client information through Lexis Nexis to minimize risk exposure.
Encrypt Files with Kleopatra for secure sending to IC, ensuring encryption standards are followed
Handles and responds to email inquiries to provide assistance and support to team members, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of any issues or questions they may have.
Perform cross-functional tasks and/or projects as may be assigned
Assists Line underwriters in assessing simple risk accounts
Handle World Check inquiry of Sources and Branches and prepares Financial Risk Rating Form
Review of monthly expiring policies checking the claims, conditions and rates to ensure that they are compliance to the underwriting guidelines
Handles Override/ Modification and changed of Intermediary and commission rates of renewal/new business of Production of Sources and Branches
Responsible for monitoring of RI Placement and prepares report and submission of regional requirements (ACTOR/EDECLARE) Status
Assists Line Underwriters in preparation of various reports and monitors declaration of various products of retail line
Attends to inquiries through emails and MSTeams to support other members of the team and work closely with distribution to achieve department targets

Responsible for the timely preparation and issuance of policies, endorsements and renewals of motorcar policies Receives request for policy issuance

Respond to questions and concerns through phone calls, text messages, and emails, ensuring timely and helpful communication.
Prepare billing statement and following up with clients ensures they make timely payments by sending reminders and addressing any questions they may have
Update client information by regularly checking and changing details like contact info, preferences, and other relevant data to ensure smooth communication and service.
Collect payments from participants who pay onsite
Perform other related duties as may be assigned
Encode new business, renewals, and endorsement of insurance policies across all product lines
Prepare printed copies of insurance policies for review by the checker.
Prepares accurate transmittal and releases policies and endorsements to requesting party in a timely manner
