When I’m not working, I cherish the time I get to spend with my children—playing with them is my favorite way to relieve stress and create special moments together. In my three years as a customer service Representative, I honed my communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Transitioning into a sales Associate role for 2 years, I developed expertise in Sales strategies, consistently exceeding targets and contributing to revenue growth. My subsequent two years in Sales Finance allowed me to perform detailed analyses, manage calendars, and oversee email communications, ensuring seamless operations and informed decision-making.
