As an Industrial Engineer and one of the Team Leaders of the Manufacturing Excellence Department, I was assigned in Auto Template area and one of our tasks is to record and closely monitor the area's efficiency so that we would be aware of the their daily performance. If the efficiency didn't meet the target efficiency set by the company or if it is lower compared to the rating yesterday, we would assess and would find out the factors affecting them. Once we were able to point out the problem, we will provide solution or take actions whether its a quick fix or a long term one. Also in the file is the downtime monitoring as well as the daily efficiency per team.
