• II serve as a point of contact between the company and prospect or clients and communicate the benefits
of the company's product in order to drive sales.
• I help small business owner to grow, expand their business and eventually had a success story by providing
potential customer through online advertising
•My duties and responsibilities are generally responding to customer questions and complaints, answering
phone calls, emails and sometimes help customers in doing basic troubleshooting.
• I also do up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages,
such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations
•My role is to help customers to choose the best monthly plans and subscription for their phone service,
effectively field complaints about telephone service, wireless reception and billing issues.
• I also help my Team Leader to achieve our teams monthly goals, by assisting my colleagues especially the new members to achieve common goals.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
