- Sorting of thousands of invoices and prepare them for transmittal for billing
- Official Receipt issuance and send payment details via email to AR & Customers
- Posting Collection forecast and actual collections monthly on spread sheets, updates actual collections.
- Call out customers for updates on payment for overdue accounts
- Sending commands via email per area to third party collections team based on call outs with checks for
Pick-up
- Sending of Collection Letter per customers via email and Demand to Pay letter.
- Statement of Accounts extraction per customer and send it via email for updates
- Transmittal of Invoices for counter to third party collections team.
- Conducts actual Account Reconciliation to customers
- Do field work every fourth week of the month for collections on nearby area customers.
Investigate history and credit standing of individuals or business establishments applying for credit. May interview applicants to obtain personal and financial data; determine credit worthiness; process applications; and notify customers of acceptance or rejection of credit.
• Responsible for performing credit analysis of clients .
• Evaluates client’s financial status as well as their capacity to make pay before extending finance to them.
• Conducts comprehensive appraisals of real estate,land,buldings ,vehicles,etc. being offered as collaterals
• As collection officer my job is to track down who owe money from overdue bills and negotiate payment. Usually this is done over the phone or by visiting clients to follow up payments.
• managing inbound and/or outbound calls;
• following various communication scripts when speaking to a caller;
• customer engagement;
• identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;
• up-selling products and services when possible
