I have over 7 years of experience in the BPO industry, where I worked as a customer service representative across various accounts. These experiences have shaped my mindset, giving me a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and customer care. Recently, I decided to shift my career to become a Virtual Assistant, allowing me to work independently from home and spend more time with my family. I completed comprehensive training in General Virtual Assistance and Executive Assistance, gaining expertise in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and supporting executives with day-to-day tasks.

Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding their satellite radio services, offering expert advice on plans and subscription options tailored to individual needs. Assist customers by presenting subscription upgrade options, promotional offers, and personalized recommendations to enhance their listening experience and maximize value.
Respond to customer inquiries through call or chat, guiding them through troubleshooting processes to resolve issues related to internet, cable, and other services. Address a wide range of customer queries regarding billing, account status, service upgrades, and additional offerings. Call customers post-service activation to confirm that their internet and cable services are functioning properly.
