Greetings! My name is Jedidah Sumabal, and you can call me "Jed" for short. I have over 7 years of experience in the BPO industry, where I worked as a customer service representative across various accounts. These experiences have shaped my mindset, giving me a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and customer care. Recently, I decided to shift my career to become a Virtual Assistant, allowing me to work independently from home and spend more time with my family. I completed comprehensive training in General Virtual Assistance and Executive Assistance, gaining expertise in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and supporting executives with day-to-day tasks.
I am a highly detail-oriented and goal-driven individual, committed to delivering high-quality work with a meticulous approach.
