• Proofreading - checking data integrity
• Talent pipelining
• Resume screening and formatting
• Extensive sourcing of candidates in the Health, Aged Care, and IT domains
• Lead generation and phone screening
• Reference checks
• Arranging interviews and appointments
• Assists/ supports the Corporate Lawyer/ Legal Department concerning legal matters that affect the organization
• Drafts contracts, letters/ communications, and other legal documents necessary for the operations of the organization
• Drafts/ prepares Secretary’s Certificates/ Board Resolutions
• Custodian of key corporate documents and records
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations or licensing ang governmental requirements
• Reviews/ drafts agreements, facilitate business transactions and assist with managing and ensuring compliance of the Company in general and other duties assigned
• Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
• Directly reports to the HR Manager and Business Unit Head/s of Department Store and ICT
• Works closely with Operations Business Leaders and Supervisors and provides support on manpower control, requisition, deployment and discipline of employees
• Attends to employees’ concerns and issues on a daily basis
• Project coordinator of the FLP or Future Leaders Program of the company (Department Store)
• Monitors and processes employee movements e.g. regularization, promotion, transfers, etc.
• Coaches and evaluates staffs

Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
