Hi, I am a licensed Psychometrician (Rpm) and a Bachelor's graduate of Psychology. I have dedicated the past four years to building a diverse skill set in two dynamic fields. For two years, I worked in behavioral therapy, where I implemented Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. My role involved assisting in assessments and individualized intervention plans, and using evidence-based strategies to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors. This experience honed my ability to analyze behavior, implement effective interventions, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for my clients.

Before that, I was in a human resources role, where I spent two years managing recruitment, employee relations, and training and development programs.
