● Review and Analyze existing customer’s buying pattern and performance.
● Process Sales Order / Sales Proforma using SAP HANA.
● Check, monitor and update Pre-booked items.
● Prepare weekly sales reports and submit Sales Supervisor / Division Head.
● Increase customer base by finding new sales leads.
● Checking of emails, answering phone calls, inquiries, follow up pending orders, payment and processing special requests like samples or sponsorship.
● Perform other assigned tasks.
● Responsible for processing Sales Order such as Renewal/Leasing for Managed Print Services (Printers, Copiers), Rental Agreement, IP Telephony, IT Infrastructure Services (Extended Warranty for IT Equipment), Cloud Solutions & Services (Cloud Backup), Email Security etc.
● Verify documents, data key in, sales key in & update system by using CRM.
● Provide sales / administration support to the Sales team
● Accountable for the creation of SAP quotes and contracts in a timely and compliant manner and providing clear and concise contract confirmations to customers.
● Responsible for following up with the pricing team on missing quotes.
● Co-ordinate with the vendors to place orders within the adhered SLA’s.
● Update and maintain all sales and post-sales-related documentation.
● Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
● Handling 82 Supermarket in South Greater Manila Area.
● 100% Store coverage based on monthly route plan.
● Monitoring and ensuring standards and marketing plans are implemented in-store.
● Completeness & quality of information gathered, photographs should be 100% readable by TRAX software.
● Check item display and competitors promo activities inside the store.
● Co-ordinate with the Merchandiser and Store Officer regards to the store concern.
● Timeliness and accuracy of submission of administrative reports.
● Store sales performance.
● Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
