The Data Entry specialist is responsible for accurately entering data into a database or other electronic system for the purpose of analysis, reporting, and other business uses. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and be able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities include:
• Entering data accurately and efficiently into the database or other electronic system
• Ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Troubleshooting and resolving data entry issues
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting
• Maintaining and updating data entry records
• Researching and resolving discrepancies in data
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other data analysis software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
• Ability to take initiative and work independently


A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts and designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Graphic Designers must have an excellent eye for balance, color, and composition. They must also have strong typographic and computer design skills, as well as knowledge of the latest software and design trends. Additionally, a Graphic Designer must be able to work with a team and take direction from Art Directors and other project leaders.

Specific duties of a Graphic Designer typically include:
• Designing and creating visuals for print and digital media, such as websites, product packaging, and advertisements.
• Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, and logos.
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font styles and sizes.
• Preparing layouts, and copy for final artwork.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
